Disclosure
Automation Receipts is an actively developed service. The product, docs, examples, and recommended patterns may change as real workflow feedback comes in.
Service status
Automation Receipts is available for approved accounts. It is being shaped through real workflow use, practical docs, and focused implementation examples.
Examples and docs
Examples, recipes, and docs are practical implementation guidance. They are not guarantees that a workflow will be suitable for every use case, platform, data type, or production environment.
What Automation Receipts records
Automation Receipts can record workflow run summaries, receipt details, timeline events, review notes, status, source information, and final actions supplied by the workflow or user.
What Automation Receipts does not guarantee
A receipt is a useful record of what was sent to Automation Receipts. It does not guarantee that the source workflow was correct, complete, safe for every use case, or reviewed by a person.
Keep sensitive data out when possible
Do not send secrets, API keys, passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary private data into receipts. Prefer concise summaries over raw private or customer data.
Review where appropriate
AI-assisted workflows and other workflows that take meaningful action should still be reviewed where appropriate, especially before sending messages, updating customer records, publishing content, or taking actions that are difficult to undo.
